Pete started in business management in 1987. Over the years he has managed businesses in the technology, sales, service, real estate and construction industries. He has a love for building teams that work together for the betterment of all. He is married with four grown children and four grandchildren. He enjoys reading, spending time with his wife Gail and following the lives of their children and grandchildren.
Crystal is a high energy, results-oriented Manager who has over 20 years of progressive project management experience. Crystal obtained her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2013 and her Master's degree in Business Administration in 1999. Crystal's experience includes working for both government and commercial industries performing project management, construction management, business management, expediting, and coordinating functions. One of Crystal's strengths is ensuring all project activities are followed through to closure.
Andy is one of the founding members of North & South Construction Services. He has over 27 years of experience in both the Commercial and Residential fields of construction. Andy holds a degree in Architecture from Vermont Technical College. He is currently the head of our estimating department and is responsible for sales and client relations. He also helps to manage several of our on-going construction projects. Andy enjoys baseball, camping, and hiking.
Bruce Allain has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He has been involved in all phases of construction including estimating, safety and management. Prior to joining North & South, Bruce spent a 15 years overseeing the restoration of several historical mills into first class office and apartments. He is a senior manager and provides support to other project managers within the company.
Mark White has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, bringing a vast knowledge of construction procedures and methods. Mark is OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certified and has worked as a foreman for many years. In addition he worked as a sole proprietor and GC building and selling custom homes. Mark has exceptional time management, analytical and problem solving skills. He is a team leader and has the skills necessary to successfully complete projects on time and budget.
As safety director Gary is responsible for the overall training and safety of the employees. He assists senior management in the formation and implementation of safety policies. His career in safety began with twelve years of service as a Police Officer and continued in the manufacturing sector. He is OSHA 30 certified. Gary enjoys golf, reading, cars, and spending time with his grandchildren.
Purchasing & Payroll
Laura began working for North & South part-time in the winter of 2012 while completing her bachelor’s degree. After graduating from The University of New Hampshire in May 2013 with a degree in accounting she joined us full time and began managing the purchasing department and assisting the accounting department with Payroll.
Bruce joined the team in 2012. He came to the company with 10 years of carpentry experience. He began his employment as a general carpenter and now assists with the estimating process. Bruce is a team leader and committed to excellence. His exceptional problem solving skills allows him to adapt and overcome any obstacles thrown his way. Bruce is a dedicated hardworking individual and a great asset to North & South. In his spare time he enjoys fishing, hiking or playing cards. He also loves spending time with his wife Christina and their children.
A late bloomer by nature, Brian attended the University of New Hampshire at age 36 studying Architectural Technology, Construction Management, Applied Business Management and Green Real Estate. He graduated in 2013 with a dual Associates Degree and earned his NH Real Estate License. He joined the North & South family as a real estate advisor for North & South Property Advisors and then moved into the estimating department of North & South Construction in 2015. When not leading the way in exploring new ideas regarding organizing & streamlining the estimating department, Brian spends his time hoping to crack his opponent’s pocket aces at the poker table.
Sayre joined North & South in January 2016. She attended the University of New Hampshire and earned a degree in business administration and finance. She continued her education and earned a degree in Human Resources, while working for five years in a medical office environment, eventually heading up their human resources department. Sayre lives in Alton, NH with her husband Jay and two boys, Colby and Trey.
Brian has been the working in the construction trade business for the last seventeen years. He brings a wide range of skills to North and South and can take a project from beginning to end. He first came to us in 2010 while working on a project on Lake Winnipesaukee. His excellent skills and knowledge of construction moved him quickly through the ranks to Site Superintendent and Project Manager. He resides in Milton with Wife, Angela and two college age children, Devon and Brittany.
Mike has a long history of working in the construction industry with over 20 years of experience. He has a vast array of skills ranging from framing, concrete, drywall and finish work. He has experience using heavy equipment and holds many certifications. Mike enjoys spending time with his 6 year old daughter, Alannah and in his spare time enjoys helping family and friends with their own construction projects.
Bronson has worked in the field of construction since 1999. His first projects were in residential development and over the last eight years has advanced to much larger commercial projects. His ability to oversee a large project and crew, and his attention to safety has led to many of North & South’s safety awards. He has a small family which includes his wife and dog Bosco. When asked what motivates him, he’ll tell you that “He loves building peoples dreams and couldn’t picture doing anything else.”
Jason has been in the construction/real estate business since 1999 after serving eight years in the United States Navy. He is an estimator and project manager and oversee the finished carpentry projects. Jason holds real estate Broker’s license in the State of New Hampshire and handles all real estate transactions for the Company as well as for their clients. Jason has three daughters and enjoys outdoor sports.
