Pete started in business management in 1987. Over the years he has managed businesses in the technology, sales, service, real estate and construction industries. He has a love for building teams that work together for the betterment of all. He is married with four grown children and four grandchildren. He enjoys reading, spending time with his wife Gail and following the lives of their children and grandchildren.
Director of Field Operations
As Director of Field Operations Brian is overseeing all aspects of construction form start to finish. With 23 years of experience in the field of construction, a construction management degree from Wentworth and 10 years military experience, he brings a complete package together for North & South Construction.
Senior Project Manager
Brian has been the working in the construction trade business for the last nineteen years. He was working on Lake Winnipesaukee projects before joining us in 2010. Brian brings a wide range of skills to North and South and can take a project from beginning to end. His projects run smooth and efficient while keeping budget and schedule at the top of the list. His excellent skills and knowledge of construction moved him quickly through the ranks. Brian has two adult children and when not at work he enjoys spending time with his wife either on the motorcycle or numerous other outdoor activities.
Bruce Allain has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He has been involved in all phases of construction including estimating, safety and management. Prior to joining North & South, Bruce spent a 15 years overseeing the restoration of several historical mills into first class office and apartments. He is a senior manager and provides support to other project managers within the company.
Mark White has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, bringing a vast knowledge of construction procedures and methods. Mark has exceptional time management, analytical and problem solving skills. He is a team leader and has the skills necessary to successfully complete projects on time and in budget. He has worked as a supervisor overseeing many construction projects both in wood and metal framing and drywall and he would say his favorite jobs have been the large scale millwork and finish projects at Paul College Business and Economic building at UNH and the Spruce Peak Ski Lodge and condos in Stowe, Vermont. In the past he has worked for other residential and commercial construction companies and as a sole proprietor, building and selling custom homes. When Mark is not at work for North & South, you will find him enjoying the outdoors with his incredible family.
Jason has been in the construction/real estate business since 1999 after serving eight years in the United States Navy. He is an estimator and project manager and oversee the finished carpentry projects. Jason holds real estate Broker’s license in the State of New Hampshire and handles all real estate transactions for the Company as well as for their clients. Jason has three daughters and enjoys outdoor sports.
Bruce joined the team in 2012. He came to the company with 10 years of carpentry experience. He began his employment as a general carpenter and now assists with the estimating process. Bruce is a team leader and committed to excellence. His exceptional problem solving skills allows him to adapt and overcome any obstacles thrown his way. Bruce is a dedicated hardworking individual and a great asset to North & South. In his spare time he enjoys fishing, hiking or playing cards. He also loves spending time with his wife Christina and their children.
Cole has been with North and South since 2015 after graduating from Nyack College where he studied Business Management. Cole works closely with both the estimators and project managers assisting on all aspects of the construction process. In his spare time he enjoys spending time golfing, spending time with his wife Emma, and his dog Ollie.
Brenda joined North & South in September 2017. She attended McIntosh College and earned a degree in Accounting. She brings over 28 years of experience with her in this field with her. She has two grown children and lives in Rochester NH. She loves the great outdoors, spending time with family, and volunteering at her local church and community.
As safety director Andrew is responsible for the overall training and safety of the employees. He assists senior management in the formation and implementation of safety policies. His career in safety began with 16 years of service as a Structural Craftsman in the United States Air Force. Andrew retired from the Air Force with a Meritorious Service medal, 3 Accommodation medals, 2 Achievement medals, and served 3 tours overseas, including tours in Iraq, Korea, and Bahrain. He served as his squadron safety officer for two years, responsible for the safety of 500 plus members. He is OSHA 30 certified. Andrew enjoys spending time on his family’s Christmas tree farm, building post and beam barns and spending time with his wife of 19 years and their 3 children.
Bronson has worked in the field of construction since 1999. His first projects were in residential development and over the last eight years has advanced to much larger commercial projects. His ability to oversee a large project and crew, and his attention to safety has led to many of North & South’s safety awards. He has a small family which includes his wife and dog Bosco. When asked what motivates him, he’ll tell you that “He loves building peoples dreams and couldn’t picture doing anything else.”
Mike has a long history of working in the construction industry with over 20 years of experience. He has a vast array of skills ranging from framing, concrete, drywall and finish work. He has experience using heavy equipment and holds many certifications. Mike enjoys spending time with his 6 year old daughter, Alannah and in his spare time enjoys helping family and friends with their own construction projects.
Peter Mucher has been with North & South since 2014. Pete studied Construction Management at the University of Southern Maine. He oversees metal framing and drywall for North & South ensuring quality work with an attention to safety every day. In his spare time Pete enjoys camping and spending time with his wife Kayla and his son Fitz.
Ben Johnson started working for North & South at the age of 16, laboring during the summers and weekends. Ben graduated the University of Tampa with a business degree. After college, Ben returned to North & South to oversee the Abbott Village project. He focuses on GC projects, completing them on time and under budget. Ben likes to spend time with his family and his wife Kat on the weekends.
